baby yoga
By moving baby’s body in a controlled way, they will become more aware of movement and the position of the body. This practice helps integrate information from many types of sensory experiences through its multi discipline approach using music, movement and massage. These movements will stimulate the circulatory system aiding in the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the cells of the body. Please note: this is not a yoga class for parent, only instruction for parents to perform with baby.
